The meditation today includes a breath prayer practice and a reading of "The Beatitudes, From Slavery to Civil Rights"  written by Carole Brown Weatherford and Illustrated by Tim Ladwig.

Sarah shares a sermon with an overview of the text will we will focus on this fall:  The Beatitudes from Matthew 5:1-12 and invites us to consider:  What is the Lego we are stepping on?
